• Rebuilt infoBase with Next.js, implementing login, forgot password, and switchboard pages for ONE project.

• Optimised Webpack configuration by splitting into separate development and production builds.

• Established a standby disaster recovery environment on edsuk2 independently in 5 hours.

Data Engineering

• Snowflake → PostgreSQL migration for Heineken, Carlsberg, and Alken Maes — migrated 13 schemas and 122 views, replacing Amazon QuickSight with an in-house reporting engine.
• Built data pipelines for Citrus File Upload and implemented n360 file management processes.
• Developed the Axiom Data File Loader with cron-based uploads to S3, streamlining data ingestion.
• Implemented anomaly detection for Citrus data and exception reporting for identifying data issues.

Technical Leadership

• Conducted code reviews on team branches to ensure quality and prepare for demos.
• Created comprehensive documentation for critical processes to eliminate single-person dependencies.
• Served as technical liaison during BASE CTO absence, coordinating with Heineken counterparts.

Nectar360 API Platform

• Architected a scalable serverless API platform on Azure Functions and Docker with CI/CD automation.
• Built a real-time dashboard for endpoint analytics, log tracing, performance monitoring, and token management.
• 420,000+ API calls with 99.4% reliability and 65ms average response time.
• Implemented usage tracking, billing systems, and integrated Swagger documentation for API transparency.
